For Event1001 we developed and maintain the internet application www.event1001.com. Event1001 has a very ambitious goal: becoming the worlds leading guide for the MICE (event organizing) industry.

Tiez has developed this application together with Event1001 BV and the design agency Albregt. Our contribution has been to manage the design process, setting the actual functionalities and the development of the actual application. As this is within our nature, we are in a constant process of innovating this application.

Tiez and Event1001 work closely together to meet the ambitious goals. The colleagues from both Tiez and Event1001 work together to optimize and innovate the site regularly, especially to get the required client satisfaction of the end-users of this application.

Tiez has built a completely integrated financial environment. We actively manage the technical environment 24 hours a day. An incident-and recovery plan in case of calamities is part of our service. The whole environment on which the Event1001 application runs is virtualized and scalable. Tiez has built a completely integrated financial environment. Release policy is strict. New features are being tested both internally and externally before they are committed to production. This doesn't mean that urgent matters are not taken up immediately. In fact, they are taken up 24x7. To reach high client-satisfaction, issues related to users are resolved on high priority. Tiez is helping Event1001 to operate mission critical and continuously. The application uses MySQL, PHP, Smarty, PEAR, CentOS, FPDF, prototype.js, googlemaps and Adyen as payment gateway.
